The Trauma Support and Empowerment Group is a closed 10 week trauma based group. Participants must complete free consultation to be accepted into the group. Participants will learn: Understanding the effects of trauma, Practice experiential therapy techniques, Learn emotional regulation skills, Develop fulfilling relationships, and Gain empowerment over compulsive or addictive processes.
