My focus is to help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges while rediscovering hope, resilience, and connection. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional distress, relationship difficulties, and the impact of trauma. My own journey as an immigrant shaped my deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support, and I strive to create a compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work through anxiety, depression, grief, and relational struggles.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also draw from family systems perspectives to strengthen communication and connection within families.
Together, we work to identify patterns, build healthier coping skills, and develop practical tools for emotional regulation and resilience. My goal is to help clients move forward with greater confidence, stronger relationships, and a renewed sense of hope.
