I work with high accountability professionals who want something different from therapy. The individuals I work with excel in many facets of life, and also recognize there are issues they need help working through. Often the same issues keep tripping them up, so they show up willing to look within themselves and do the work necessary to make transformative changes. I draw upon over 20 years of experience as a Clinical and Sport Psychologist to help my clients have the difficult conversations necessary to promote meaningful growth. I place a high value on personal responsibility, developing greater awareness and insight, and taking the necessary risks to create a richer and fuller life.
I have shifted from traditional models of therapy and see myself as a consultant and coach. My experience has demonstrated that this approach helps clients access their inner strength and wisdom more effectively and powerfully than conventional approaches. This leads to more creative problem solving, self-leadership, and a more purposeful and expansive life.
