Hi, I am Dr. Quinnett Swank, a licensed marriage and family therapist in Las Vegas. I work with adults and couples who are tired of feeling stuck. High functioning on the outside but exhausted, anxious, and running on empty inside. I help clients understand what is happening underneath the surface and build patterns that actually hold up in real life.

I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and women's wellness, including perimenopause and menopause. For couples, I help partners break cycles of conflict and rebuild emotional safety and connection. Sessions are available in-person in Northwest Las Vegas and virtually throughout Nevada.
