Therapy is an interactive, honest dialogue that leads to self-evaluation and development of emotional awareness, personal insight and resilience to obtain a more fulfilling life. I provide short and long term psychotherapy to individuals in a non-judgmental, supportive environment that promotes healing and opportunity for personal growth. Together we will examine the beliefs you have and how these beliefs have limited or contributed to behavior patterns. Through our collaborative work, we will challenge these beliefs and work towards more satisfying relationships, increased self-esteem and adaptive behaviors.
With humor and empathy, I will incorporate therapeutic modalities that are effective yet tailored to each individual's needs. My experience includes supporting clients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, dual diagnosis, and those struggling with coping and emotional regulation skills.
Please feel free to reach out to me through email or phone and I would be happy to set up an initial appointment.
