I've noticed a trend in our culture today where we often focus on the differences between people, but in reality we have a lot more in common. We are all going through life experiencing similar struggles with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, compariness, loneliness, etc. We also share so many life experiences and transitions with one another whether it's going through starting a career, marriage, divorce, parenthood, aging, losing a loved one, or having relationship difficulties, we can all relate and connect. Oftentimes though, we need additional support through these transitions.
I work with individuals ages 14+ and I work with both men and women. I also specialize in premarital and marital counseling. I utilize a variety of techniques based on individual needs and goals and specialize in Christian Counseling if desired. I am currently only available online via telehealth/video sessions.
I believe in walking alongside people. I believe we are our own experts in our lives, but sometimes we need additional support and guidance along the way.
