Hello! I recently started my private practice, Kaleidoscope Mental Health Therapy. I chose the name to show I am not just a regular therapist, I’m a cool therapist who has a cool metaphorical name. Joking aside, I know how difficult it is to differentiate between therapists, so the name is show that I try to help people view their life through the kaleidoscope lens, process their experiences, relationships, and patterns, and then make adjustments so as to create the best possible life for themselves. Doesn’t that sound cool?!… Yes, I know, the kids usually call me “cringe”, I get it.
My specialties are trauma, depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria and effects of LGBTQIA+ oppression, neurodiversity, grief, and OCD. I work with individuals, families, and couples, from pre-teens to adults. I use a diverse set of interventions including CBT, DBT, IFS, Gottman-method couples therapy, narrative therapy, and speak fluent gen-z meme-lingo.
I am currently full booked, but feel free to email me to discuss joining my waitlist. I accept BCBS, Aetna, UHC/UBH, Mass General Brigham (commercial), and Optum or can offer sliding scale and superbills. I provide virtual and in person sessions in West Newton and Framingham.
