I often work with LGBTQ folks. I'm a sex, kink and polyamory/ consensual non-monogamy positive therapist, a body liberation supportive provider and I celebrate neurodiversity. I often utilize connection with nature, creativity, and somatic tools for nervous system attunement. I love working with meaning making/ spirituality, and life transitions. I'd love to support you in creating more of the life you want.
I offer both in-office and walk/talk sessions in Olympia, and telehealth throughout Washington State.
