Hello! I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and addiction. I typically work with young men (ages 14+), but am happy to work with anyone of any age or gender who can benefit from my holistic, multi-dimensional approach.
Meaninglessness, lack of connectivity, despair, and uncontrollable rumination are increasingly pervasive struggles within the world today. I would be honored to work with you as we explore the cause of these inner battles and facilitate opportunities for change.
I believe that bringing a non-judgemental awareness and presence to one’s experiences is the most effective way to build an understanding of the origins, causes, and perpetuation of one’s hardships. As humans, it is very normal to become lost in our cycles and grow so attached to our hardships that we cannot see clearly what is causing them.
During our time working together, an emphasis will be placed upon developing and honing your ability to remain open, aware, and equanimous toward your thoughts, emotions, and perceptions. Through the refinement of this core skill, we can begin exploring pathways toward a life that provides you with meaning, connection, balance, and fulfillment.
