I am ND-affirming, multiply neurodivergent, and accepting of self-diagnosis. I use a very non-traditional approach to help you find your most authentic self. I am trauma informed and use lived experience to build strong relationships with my clients. I specialize in dissociative disorders, unmasking autism and accepting disability, internalized ableism, religious trauma, LGBTQ+ community, and family of origin trauma.
I am passionate about working with those who struggle with feeling overwhelmed by big emotions, have difficulty making big decisions, hate asking for help, and saying no to others. I know how hard you work to "fit in" and how tired you are feeling. I also know how hard it is to reach out and ask for help, but you are worth it.
I have 4 cats, I love to read, play sims, and watch a lot of TV and movies. I love talking about my special interests and meeting new people.
