I use a variety of therapeutic approaches based on what is best for each individual client's situation & work with an awareness & sensitivity toward gender, ethnic/cultural backgrounds & all of those factors that make up your authentic self. Together, we can work towards making your life or situation more manageable.
I am only available for Telehealth (online) therapy to individuals and couples. I do not see clients in-person.
