I work as a full-time clinician at Seattle Counseling and Wellness. I enjoy working with clients who experience difficulty in interpersonal situations, including difficulty knowing what to say and difficulty saying what they want to. I enjoy supporting clients in cultivating interpersonal skills like boundary setting, self-advocacy, and engaging in positive conflict. I also enjoy working with couples who are interested in developing deeper emotional connections and improving communication, including as this relates to experiencing positive, productive conflict as an alternative to unproductive, unsatisfying conflict.
Additionally, I enjoy working with clients who feel impacted by norms and narratives that have not served them well, including feeling pressured to meet others' expectations, experiencing self-criticism, and navigating harmful systems. I support clients in developing a deeper awareness of themselves, including their wants, needs, and personal authenticity.
