I currently have openings on Tuesday at 10am and Thursday at 3pm. My first passion has always been couples therapy. I've aided clients struggling with infidelity, high conflict, parenting issues, mental health diagnoses, and substance abuse. I also have significant experience with individual and family therapy. Even when I am doing individual therapy, I am exploring the larger systems that people live in in order to improve their relationships and overall well-being.
I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families in order to promote well-being and decrease problematic behaviors and thoughts. I believe that building upon the strengths of a client encourages more long-term change. I have an eclectic background pulling from Family Systems, Gottman Method (Level 2), IFS, developmental model, DBT, and EFT.
