I’ve dedicated my life to helping individuals who have experienced trauma and are seeking deep, meaningful change. Life is full of challenges, and sometimes those challenges can feel overwhelming. But as Joshua J. Marine wisely said, “Challenges are what make life interesting; overcoming them makes life meaningful.” My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to break through barriers and build a life rooted in growth, healing, and self-reliance. I believe every person carries a powerful story—and that you have the strength to shape that story into something purposeful and true.

I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including substance use disorders, trauma, survivors of trafficking and abuse, eating disorders, complex family dynamics, anger management, and suicidal ideation. My ability to build strong, authentic connections allows me to support people through some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
