Working through the Grace Wellness Center in Western Pennsylvania, I am here for any individual who is motivated to find change in their lives. As a licensed counselor, my therapeutic approach uses cognitive behavioral therapy to address thoughts and a Christian lens to address spiritual needs. Furthermore, my history as an EMT helps to inform my work with trauma issues, especially for the first responder community. Telehealth for PA residents is available as well.
