I guarantee to contact you back within 24 hours, typically I can respond within a couple of hours. I have been in the mental health field since 2010, primarily working in residential groups homes and as an Outdoor Rehabilitation Counselor (think wilderness therapy). Over the past couple of years, I've transitioned to in-office therapy. I have walked therapeutic, and literal, paths with people from all walks of life and with concerns ranging from depression and anxiety to personality disorders and trauma survivors. Your religion, sexual orientation, political views, and world view will be met with curiosity and acceptance.

How I work. 1: Create a safe and trusting relationship (a random guy telling you things is different than someone you trust). 2: Identify the issue, how it affects you, and resources. 3: Find where the 'thing' started. 4: Go back and "reprocess", or correct the learning, from step 3 (there's several options on how we do this). Steps 2-4 repeat.
