Welcome ! My name is Queneisha (Queen - ee- sha) and I’m happy to meet you at this phase in your life journey. Therapy has its stigma but it is exactly what we make it. I utilize strength-based, person-centered, trauma-informed methods including CBT, motivational interviewing, Attachment Based Therapy and Child based therapy.
