I work with individuals and couples who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, relationship conflict, and other sources of distress to help gain insight into their situation, and to develop the tools needed to feel better. I utilize evidence-based therapies in my practice, including attachment-based, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, interpersonal, trauma-informed, and emotionally-focused approaches. My style is calm, non-judgmental, and interactive. I have had the privilege to work with first responders, active military, and veterans. I have recently moved back to Charlottesville and am currently available for telehealth.
