"Empowering Young Minds Through Healing and Wellness" We are a psychotherapy practice conveniently located in the South Park area providing individual and group therapy for adolescents and young adults ages 13 to 21 . We have a strong focus on parent support and family involvement and a special interest in trauma focused therapy. Our clinicians Ashley McGurkin, LCSW, Amy Gregor, LCSW and Ellen Herbert, LCSW have immediate availability in both the group and individual setting.

Through our years of experience providing intense therapy we have come to recognize the importance of fostering a supportive environment within the home particularly between parents and teens. Our clinicians encourage parent involvement throughout their sessions and assist their teen clients in advocating for their needs and improving family communication

Our Clinicians will be providing a variety of trauma focused treatments including EMDR and TRM (Trauma Resiliency Model) in a safe and nurturing environment. At times if and where appropriate our therapy dog, Callie, may be present in session. Please visit our website for additional information about our therapists and group offerings.
