I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and trauma, including relational trauma. I utilize EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a healing modality that allows the brain and body to reprocess old memories, emotions and beliefs that inform our present lives.
