I utilize Impact Therapy, combining elements of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Gestalt theories. You are involved and engaged in creating change you want. This approach is an active and creative approach to counseling. I am an Certified EMDR provider.
The goal of each session is to create change, or set in motion the process to create change. What you need will depend upon where you are in your life and career, and where you want to go.
