The pace of modern life, its demands and technology, can occasionally overwhelm the most courageous and determined human being, and a sensitive soul can become even more easily derailed. Add to that our habituated tendency to numb our feeling selves and disassociate from our bodies, and it is no wonder so many of us feel out of alignment with our natural freedom, self-expression, creativity and joy. My work is about helping you return to this original state. The method? A context and relationship that value and invite embodied, sacred conversation to guide us home to our truest and highest nature.
Many of us have shaped ourselves to the expectations and demands of others. This is the understandable way of a small child working to find his or her place in the world. Trauma and loss can compound this developmental process making it even more difficult to approach the world from a place of wholeness and belonging.
Bringing compassionate attention to inner experience is the first step in the process of transformational healing. Living life from the inside out, rather than the outside in, is the second. Through this work, I invite the co-creation of a sanctuary where your true needs, ambitions and, yes, fears can emerge within a container of deep safety and respect.
