Feeling comfortable talking with your therapist is the most important ingredient in a therapeutic relationship. My clients tell me I'm very easy to talk with and I suppose it's because I genuinely enjoy getting to know and helping people have the life they want. Both individual and couples counseling are offered at my office in Mt Pleasant, SC. Being licensed in the following states, intensive counseling retreats and teletherapy are also offered in Columbia and Greenville, SC and Asheville, Charlotte and Wilmington, NC.
In my work with individuals, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, low self esteem, PTSD and ADHD. With couples I have specialized training in the evidence based Gottman Couples Therapy and use their online Relationship Checkup to thoroughly assess a couples issues to guide the therapeutic process.
