I genuinely care about people and use a variety of modalities, theoretical perspectives, and techniques to create a strong therapeutic relationship in a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina in 2002, and a BA in Psychology from Erskine College in 1997. I have 17+ years of experience in counseling and healthcare. I am a licensed telehealth provider in SC, OH, and FL and am a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the National Guild of Hypnotists.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, working with animals, tending the family farm, and spending quality time with my family.
