My ideal client is one who is a lifelong learner. My focus is eclectic. There are many methods to go about making change. I learn about my client and their preferred method of learning about life. My client is the tour guide who leads me where they want to go in the future. We collaborate to achieve goals. I am trained in MBSR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, DBT, trauma and trauma focused therapy.
