I specialize in adult and child therapy. My focus is to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where you can express yourself in the freeway. My goal is to identify the problem that you need help with and develop a plan to achieve this goal. My professional experience includes working at a wide range of mental health settings such as outpatient mental health agencies, high schools, community colleges, and government agencies. I am fluent in Ukrainian and Russian languages.

LAUNCHING's mission is to assist young people transtion to successful adult independence. Our participants are "stuck", a.k.a. "failing to launch. They may not be in school, not have a job, be socially isolated, and almost always living with their parents, who are usually exhausted, overwhelmed and hopeless, and, therefore, also "stuck". Their specific issues may be ADHD/ADD, social and other anxiety, depression, high funtioning autism, gaming addiction, a significant physical illness, or any one of a myriad of other problems. They often do not know what they want, or if they do, don't know how to achieve their goals.

Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed, haunted by the past, lost, or stuck? Is it difficult for you to love and accept yourself, or do you struggle forming healthy relationships? As a clinician, I believe in the importance of providing therapy that addresses the underlying causes that lead to mental health issues. Through our collaborative work, clients gain a better understanding of themselves, learn how to heal pain, find liberation from distressing emotions, unhelpful negative beliefs, and behaviors, and discover feelings of happiness and well-being.
