I am a licensed psychologist specializing in clinical child and adolescent psychology. My clinical practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and its mindfulness-based approach, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Drawing from Responsive Parenting, I emphasize positive, effective and mindful parenting strategies in improving parent-child relationships. I employ holistic and evidence based practices to ensure best outcomes.
