I am a bilingual (English-Spanish) Professional Counselor, licensed in the states of Georgia and Florida and a Certified Sex Therapist. I work primarily with individuals and couples. My approach emphasizes personal responsibility for one's desires and well-being. As a sex therapist, I possess expertise in addressing a wide range of sexual issues that profoundly affect individuals and their relationships. My goal is to empower couples to create a fulfilling sex life that aligns with their desires and with the model of "Good Enough Sex", fostering a sense of intimacy and satisfaction throughout different stages in life.
My approach to therapy is positive, directive and research based. I integrate Gottman method for couple’s therapy, cognitive behavioral, rational emotive, dialectical and mindfulness approaches. In addition, I use sensate focus and tantra techniques to increase the mind-body connection needed for intimacy.
From the comfort of your house, without the stress of commuting, traffic or parking, I offer a safe, relaxing and non-judgmental space to talk about those issues that are difficult to bear and understand.
