I offer animal assisted therapy! Animal assisted therapy can help enhance your therapeutic experience. Dogs have been shown to decrease blood pressure and reduce stress and anxiety. Life can be difficult to maneuver. As multifaceted individuals we often carry a little weight in every one of our realms. These weights can be a result of the specific “trauma points” that we’ve held on to as our perspective has grown over time. Those points look like family conflict, life transitions, career stress, relational/personal redevelopment or many other reasons for why we may have crossed paths here today. Overall, how we engage with those points affects our relationship with healing. Whether we recognize it or not, we all could have used guidance through a period of suffering.
