Life is not always easy. However, therapeutic interventions provided in an atmosphere of acceptance and respect allows individuals to develop new ways to overcome and/or cope with life’s challenges. I am eager to listen, help you gain insight, provide resources, and share tools that can help you transition to a life that aligns with your personal values and goals.
Although I often use cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and acceptance approaches, my 25+ years in counseling and education has helped me recognize that no single approach works best for all people at all times. Each client is unique. Flexibility will allow for a safe therapeutic environment with the best combination of techniques that work for you.
