After graduating university, I taught English in Japan and Vietnam for five years. I developed an empathetic patience and ability to work with people from different backgrounds than myself by living in foreign countries where I had no connection. Upon my return to the United States, I began applying my patience and people skills by working in the mental health field for the past ten years until becoming licensed as a therapist.

I believe everyone has a purpose in their life but some people need a little light to help them see what it is. I try to shine a light on your path as you navigate your life in a collaborative effort to live your life to the fullest.

I have lived experience that gives me a unique understanding of what you might be going through. I collaborate with you in order to develop your treatment goals so that we can work together on bringing more meaning to your life. I am open-minded and although I may not specialize in something I am always willing to learn.
