About
My ideal client is an individual who first decides that they need help and that they are ready to go to work to solve there particular issues. I come from the point of view that I am a part of the team. I can not work in isolation. I help those who truly feel that they need help and are ready to receive it.
My specialty is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy I help individuals to think differently about the negative things and issues that are adversely effecting them and help them to change those thoughts and feelings into positives feelings and actions.
