Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/QMHP with certifications including Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. As a neurodivergent mother with neurodivergent children, I personally understand the frustrations of masking to fit in; struggling with the education system, churches and work environments constantly advocating for accommodations or bullying concerns. It’s exhausting and stressful and self care seems impossible, especially therapy! When is there time for that? I welcome teens, adults, caregivers and also those seeking care for general mental health issues.
I individualize treatment utilizing evidenced-based practices including: Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; practical strategies for daily life; Autism Evaluations ages 12- adult(ADOS-2/ADI-R) parenting support; expressive arts; teen/adult/parent groups and strength based approaches to empower you in meeting your identified goals.
