We explore the hard stuff together, sit with uncomfortable emotions, and make sense of patterns - at a pace that feels right for you. Meaningful therapy is hard work, but it’s work you don’t have to do alone. I work with clients who want to understand why they feel the way they do, not just how to make symptoms go away. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, which looks at how past experiences, relationships, and patterns continue to shape your present.
I specialize in trauma and anxiety, and I integrate EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, CBT, and somatic-based approaches to help clients process past experiences and feel more grounded in their bodies. I also place a strong emphasis on building coping skills you can actually use in your day-to-day life, not just talk about in session.
I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment for you to express yourself. I pride myself on actively listening and showing empathy, but also like to use humor (only when appropriate and necessary).
