At Pursuing Metamorphosis, my goal is to provide a safe space for self-reflection, competency building, and personal growth. My specialties include working with those struggling with trauma, depression, and relationships. I also offer Reiki energy healing sessions for added relaxation and support. I look forward to helping you on your journey to heal the mind, body, and soul.
My therapeutic style is person-centered to provide you with a nonjudgmental, empathic, and empowering environment. I utilize an intuitive approach stemming from roots in DBT, CBT, attachment, and holistic spiritual models to ensure treatment of the entire person and allow for me to better understand and support your unique needs.
I have studied the areas of Clinical and Forensic Psychology and am well-versed in the fields of trauma and attachment. My primary expertise has been working with children and families with multi-generational stress. My experience includes collaboration with: state and private agencies, schools, corrections, court, hospitals, and recovery environments.
