My personal and educational experience motivates my interest in helping children and adults experiencing trauma and toxic stress related issues. I often incorporate my own real-life experiences and personal stories in my sessions. It is my goal to purposely be transparent with the people I counsel and train. It helps to build healthy connections with others to ensure the therapeutic process and outcomes are successful.
As a licensed clinical mental health counselor I am honored to serve in the helping profession. I have years of experience in the mental health field counseling children and adults who have experienced trauma and toxic stress related issues. My therapeutic focus is childhood trauma, relationship conflict, and emotion regulation issues.
