There are also times when we desire counsel and guidance for life's many challenges. Purpose and Prosperity Counseling offers a safe space to share your thoughts, feelings. Throughout the therapeutic process, you can expect to learn various coping skills, an increased understanding of who you are and how to face life's difficult challenges. I will be here to support and guide you through the therapeutic process because I understand that the appropriate approach to client care is essential to therapeutic success.
I use a client-centered approach because I believe therapy should focus on you (the client) and meeting you where you are. I also incorporate a holistic approach in treatment to emphasize synergy between mind, body, and spirit. Other methods include, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic.
Life can be very challenging with its various struggles, issues and roadblocks. However, having an open mind, a willingness to try, and determination to move forward, in therapy you can discover possibilities and purpose along your journey towards prosperity.
