I have been intensively trained by Behavioral Tech in DBT. I also have specialized training in EMDR, Psychodrama, Interpersonal Theory Process groups, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Embodiment, Mindfulness, Brene Brown's Shame Resilience curriculum, etc. I offer a supportive style that balances change and acceptance strategies in moving forward.
I believe that every person is worthy of love and belonging; sometimes various things in our lives, even ourselves, try to convince us otherwise.
