Overcome the mid-week slump and join us from your home or office for weekly guided meditations and discussions. This group is drop-in so you can attend as many as you'd like. In this group you will: Learn and practice various meditation techniques; Address and overcome meditation challenges; Experience mental peace and balance; Decrease stress and tension. Every Monday from 5:00 - 5:45pm held virtually. Sliding scale $10-$25 per class.

Release & Rest: Somatic Healing Group
Process and unwind through somatic practices, intuitive movement, breathwork, guided reflection, and nervous system regulation. This group will support you in release tension and cultivate awareness through gentle, intentional somatic practices, experience the power groups as you move, reflect, and rest alongside others in a nurturing space and allow you to let go of stress and restore your nervous system with a guided yoga nidra meditation.
