I’m a first-generation New Yorker with Hispanic roots, a recent graduate with my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, and a Certified Peer Support Specialist with nearly a decade of experience. I’ve had my own struggles with depression and anxiety, so I know how tough it can feel just to take that first step. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as yourself and be truly seen.
My approach is flexible and centered on you. I often use CBT and DBT, but I believe every person’s healing looks different, and will pull from various modalities if needed. If you’re dealing with anxiety, past hurts, or life transitions, I’ll be there to listen without judgment and help you move forward by building on the strengths you already have.
