Hello! I am the Co-Director and Psychotherapist with The Naperville Counseling Center. My clinical experience focus on working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with substance abuse, relationship issues, work-life balance, stress, anxiety, depression, mood management, cultural identity issues, life transitions, and self-esteem. I enjoy working with individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. I also speak Punjabi and have full comprehension of Hindi/ Urdu and provide bilingual counseling services to my clients.

I obtained my Master in Social Work degree at Aurora University. I began my career working as a group facilitator for the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI). I am trained in Youth Mental Health First Aid and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a private practice setting. My name is Dr. Anjali Soni and I work primarily with adults and adolescents in individual therapy. I also offer couples therapy. At this time, I am seeing clients only via virtual sessions.
