Announcement icon My practice has taken steps to reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus within the office and we have posted our efforts on our website
I have a wide range of clinical experience with a special focus on work with depression, anxiety, couples, family difficulties, and work-related problems. I am a bilingual (English & Korean) seasoned professional with more than 19 years of experience working as a mental health professional. Also, I am a certified trauma professional and EMDR therapist to serve individuals who experience a traumatic event. As a certified family/divorce mediator, my practice covers every aspect of divorce and/or separation, including child custody, parenting time, and all financial issues.
I incorporate spirituality in my work with clients. While I believe strongly and support a person's right to choose (or not) the faith that will direct their spiritual journey, I have a particular interest in Christian psychology. I am trained in EMDR therapy for depression, anxiety, panic attacks, disturbing memories, phobias, grief, and stress reduction.
I offer a cognitive and dialectical behavioral and/or spiritual approach in my work with individuals as they deal with difficulties, distress & concerns related to: * Depression * Anxiety * Premarital/Marriage Counseling * Family/Divorce Mediation * Relationship conflicts * Parenting Skills Deficits * Career Counseling * Biblical Counseling
