Accepting NEW clients! As a group mental health practice, each therapist has their own unique approach to treatment, while allowing us to collaborate as a team. As a whole, we specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), also drawing from several other treatment theories, in order to provide a well-rounded and customizable clinical experience. Several of our therapists specialize in working with young children and teens, making use of our play therapy rooms, while others work exclusively with an adult population.
We recognize the importance of choosing the right therapist for yourself or loved-one and how intimidating the process can be at times. We pride ourselves in making this a smooth experience, to hopefully ease any nerves there may be to make the first call for support and guidance.
