I am an accomplished and experienced psychotherapist who works with individuals, groups, and families with all types of mental health issues. Throughout my career, I have assisted countless people with emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues. Simply stated, my approach is to start where you want to begin.
I provide therapy without an agenda; this enables us to work together to create a healthy lifestyle you find fulfilling. A passion of mine is working with young adults and their families; I worked at a college for a large portion of my career. Additionally, I have worked with those struggling with addiction and the family issues that result.
