It is my honor and life purpose to work with individuals who are struggling from the aftermath of trauma, who have anxiety, and depression, and who need reminders of who they are inherently. My primary focus is to help individuals find what negative meanings/attachments they are still holding on to that need to be let go of or revised in order to heal. It is possible to regain your power after a codependent relationship and learn to embody yourself after trauma. I utilize somatic and process-based techniques as needed for your optimal growth. Allow me to make the space to support you on your healing journey. You are in control!
I offer an eclectic approach to therapy. I enjoy forming a strong therapeutic alliance and then focusing on uncovering unconscious motives. I also utilize aspects of Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. With all clients, I utilize skills-based therapy to teach applicable skills to daily life.
