My goal is to be a supportive listener to those who are struggling; a helping hand when help is needed. I'm a generalist and enjoy working with a variety of people. I also provide a safe, supportive counseling environment where collaboration and respect are held in high regards. In working together, I believe we can take on the issues you are facing and take care of them, one issue at a time, one day at a time.
I work with all ages and offer individual, couple, and family therapy services. I have extensive training in family systems therapy, CBT, and SFT. I'm also trained in EMDR for those suffering from trauma-related issues. Guidance on educational issues is also provided. I also provide court-ordered family/reunification therapy services when needed.
