I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, work and family stressors, communication difficulties, marital problems, life transitions, trauma, substance use, gambling, co-occurring disorders, and adjustment to disability.
In addition to mental health therapy, I have extensive experience with substance use disorders. I am a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and qualified DOT evaluator for those needing to complete the return-to-duty process.
