I am a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate, collaborative, and effective care. My approach to therapy is warm, curious, and client-centered, recognizing that each individual's journey is unique. I integrate evidence-based techniques, including Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) to help clients achieve lasting change. With a strength-based and culturally-sensitive approach, I empower clients to identify patterns, overcome challenges, and build resilience.

Good relationships are at the heart of a happy life. Deciding to get help with difficult relationship problems is an important and courageous step. But finding the right therapist can feel daunting. To create meaningful and lasting change, therapy must be customized for each person's and relationship's unique needs. I have worked with many couples, families and individuals experiencing some combination of destructive conflict, poor communication, betrayal, overwhelm, and loss of ease and intimacy. I help clients find ease and joy in relationships that are rich in closeness, affection and respect.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck - as though you're carrying a heavy weight that others can't see. Perhaps you're grappling with the persistent worry of anxiety, the fog of depression, or the lingering effects of a traumatic experience that continue to impact your daily life. You may also be struggling with intense emotions or relationship patterns and you're seeking a way to feel more stable and understood. What you need, more than anything, is a space where you can finally feel truly heard, supported, and accepted for who you are. You want a genuine connection with a therapist who sees you as a partner in your own healing.

The decision to enter treatment is a significant first step towards the healing process. The importance of building a therapeutic relationship with the adult, child, teen, and family is essential and reflects my therapeutic approach to relationship building. Whether through verbal and/or nonverbal forms of communication, I try to help individuals better understand their challenges and help find alternative solutions when facing these obstacles.
