About
With over a decade of telethealth experience (long before COVID-19 [a Corona Virus Disease] led to an increase in telehealth), and with most of our practitioners having 1-2 decades or more of experience, our practice is ready to tackle some of the most complex challenges you can bring us.
Please give us a call or send us an e-mail and one of our therapists or staff will get back to you promptly with suggestions. We have people at almost all price levels and insurances (Husky, Medicaid, Medicare, Anthem, etc.).
Please also see the "Groups" section about the Avoidance & Procrastination webcam group. ```Note for therapists/prescribers who happen to be reading this: We are further expanding our practice, and welcome any inquiries, so please do not hesitate to contact us.``` **Email preferred. Calls returned only if a clinician has an opening for your needs.

Psychology CT LLC's Groups
Avoidance & Procrastination (anxiety/depression)
The only group of its kind in the region, "Avoidance & Procrastination" is open to nice people who are caring about others, but find it difficult to ensure their own needs are met, especially when it comes to doing things that would be fulfilling. You may find it difficult to confront others, especially if it is about themselves, and so avoid doing so. Or, you may know there are things you should do, but you ***procrastinate***. At an affordable every four weeks, group members consistently remark of its value and accept that it is okay to invest in themselves.
