I am a licensed clinical psychologist and licensed marriage and family therapist. I began in this field 25+ years ago. My experience includes working in private practice (20yrs), and psychiatric inpatient and outpatient facilities. Primarily I specialize in stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult life situations, and relationships. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness modalities. I enjoy working with humanistic psychology as well as whatever modality that apply. Support is provided in an understanding, respectful and caring office setting work toward toward your goals.
My belief is that each of us holds the answers to our problems and together we can collaborate to create the change that is needed to meet our needs. Experience in Corporate America and the military prior to becoming a therapist (20+ yrs) I understand various life situations. I look forward to helping you find your desired outcomes.
